Arizona or bust

Reed was going to Arizona for work and so we decided that I would drive down with the kids and visit my sister. I was terrified to drive for such a long time with two kids. I convinced my other sister to come down for support. My kids don't do well driving long distances, but they were awesome! I am so grateful for portable DVD players! It was pretty eventful trip. We had to take Taegin to the insta-care for an ear infection and then the medicine gave him the worst diarrhea I have ever seen. Poor kid didn't wear pants for three days. I was lucky that he made it the whole drive home.

It was hot down there and my poor Addison doesn't do well in the heat. So what better to do than play in the water under the carport. They loved it and wanted to do it every day.

We went the park and the kids (plus Amber) made a train on the slide. They loved it.

Every time they came out different than when they went down.

Taegin was nervous to walk across the bridge. He would hold onto the side every step he took.

But at the end he was so proud of himself!

This is what Taegin does if you ask him to say cheese

And this is what Addison does. All girl!

Walking onto their pirate ship

Addison loved Stephen. She loved to help feed him. Don't you just love Melanie's face. I sure do

The girls both love to color. You can look at both of their pictures and figure out who drew it because they totally match their personalities.

He loves this helmet. I know, I know it is pink. But what do you expect when he has an older sister. He will be getting his own soon. He is way more likely to fall than Addison. This boy is fearless!
